Crisis Centers do much of their advertising online. In fact, typing "pregnancy help" into most search engines will predominately generate anti-choice websites. These are sites that promise help and link you to a clinic, but be weary of what you read: much of the information on these sites is biased or one-sided, and a lot of it is downright false. The "clinics" they link you to are CPCs. A lot of these sites, like CPCs, commonly use "choice" as a buzzword to trick women into thinking it's a pro-choice or unbiased website/organization. Don't be fooled... CPCs and their partner websites work to limit your options, not inform you of them.
Below is a list of websites that give biased and false information. Like CPCs, these sites provide very little sound medical information regarding your reproductive options. It's best to fact-check any information you get from them with an actual doctor or clinician. If you are searching for legitimate reproductive options information on the web, please visit our Links and Resources page.
*Note: Prochoice.org, on the other hand, is a comprehensive reproductive health site.
